The Association carries out its work based on five links of the coffee productive chain, which are:

Production:
Work is done with organic material and the plantation; fertilization and harvesting are managed through environmental-friendly techniques.

Coffee Processing:
Equipment and construction materials are facilitated, as well as training, advisory services and technical assistance to the members, for the wet processing method of coffee.

Collection:
Warehouses are rented for the temporary storage of coffee.

Processing:
Coffee is processed and packaged in presentations of 1 lb. of roasted beans and ground coffee.

Marketing:
Coffee is promoted locally, nationally and internationally.
